Academic Revolution Gathers Momentum as Senator Orji Kalu Intensifies Distribution of Educational Materials in Arochukwu LGA, Abia North
Senator Orji Kalu’s unparalleled commitment to transforming education in Abia North has once again come to the fore as the distinguished lawmaker commenced another round of distribution of educational materials to schools across Arochukwu Local Government Area. The initiative, which forms part of his far-reaching Academic Revolution, reinforces his belief that quality education remains the most enduring investment in the future of any society. This latest intervention follows his remarkable record of renovating schools, awarding scholarships, constructing roads, installing solar-powered street lights, promoting agricultural empowerment and delivering numerous life-changing projects across the five Local Government Areas of Abia North Senatorial District.
The distribution exercise was successfully coordinated by Senator Kalu’s Legislative Aide for Arochukwu LGA, Hon. Chukwu Ndem, who delivered textbooks, exercise books and school bags to students in various beneficiary schools. Schools that have received the educational materials so far include Aggrey Memorial Secondary School, Arochukwu; Onyerubi Comprehensive Secondary School, Ndoji Abam; Eluelu Abam Secondary School, Ndebe Abam; Ndememe Primary School, Abam; Amuvi Secondary School; Amuru Abam Community Primary School; and Atan Arochukwu Primary School. The intervention is aimed at easing the burden on parents while providing students with the essential learning tools needed to excel academically.
The renewed educational intervention further demonstrates that Senator Kalu’s representation goes beyond legislation to delivering practical, people-centered development.
