Today, I had the honour of commissioning the Arkilla Roads Network in Sokoto State, a major infrastructure project executed by the administration of Governor Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto.
The project reflects the governor’s commitment to improving transportation, opening up communities and creating opportunities for economic growth and development.
I was delighted to share this moment with my colleague and former Governor of Sokoto State, Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, whose leadership contributed significantly to the development of the state.
I commend Governor Ahmed Aliyu for his dedication to good governance and people-centred projects. Infrastructure remains a critical driver of economic growth, social development and prosperity.
Congratulations to the government and good people of Sokoto State on this remarkable achievement.
